Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.


3. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including opened personal‑care items, used fitness accessories, and custom products.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, subject to bank posting times. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation is not guaranteed due to fulfillment timelines.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary returns. We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 15 days, the order may be eligible for replacement or refund.


8. Initiating a Return

To request a return, contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and applicable photos. You will receive instructions within 24–48 hours.
